Mark is as sweet as he looks! He loves people and his time with them, be it grooming, hanging out or a training session. Mark is sensitive, willing to learn, enjoys a gentle grooming and is learning to love life at a bit of a slower pace. At present we are doing a fair bit of ground work and short rides while he learns the new routine. Mark learned to stand at the mounting block in only a couple of practice sessions and now stands like a trooper. He's well behaved for the farrier and in the wash rack too. Mark loves to be outside, in fact he spent a few weeks this summer out in a field with a shelter, friends nearby and loved it! He is a very friendly horse who would likely not take much time to integrate into a small herd. He is a nice size, short coupled, up in front and a lovely mover, great for a dressage or a pleasure/trail home. He came off the trailer to the new barn, walked calmly at the end of the rope, checked out his new surroundings and indoor arenas, dropped and had a quick roll while still on the rope then ducked under low hanging branches on the way past a building(trail horse in the making!). Mark has been out on the track at our location for a few walks and is quite happy there. He's a loving horse with character, has a bit of cheeky spunk but seems to have a good mind to go with the package. We are answering inquiries and booking showings.
