Shooter loves human interaction and is a joy to have around. He has a good mind a strong compact body and is a lovely mover! Shooter had a successful racing career and has now retired from racing to find his next activity with humans. He calls to us already, enjoys his grooming and riding sessions and is just a nice horse overall. We have ridden him a number of times already both in the arenas and out on the track. After his success in racing Shooter  deserves and would love to retire to the country life with lots of turn out. He prefers to be outside, whether that is while being ridden or just turned out loose. His optimum life would be to live in ample size grazing turn out with a shelter and friends nearby. Although we haven't put him under western tack yet, his build would definitely support it and he'd likely look fabulous in western gear. Shooter stands at the mounting block now, it only took him a couple of sessions to figure out we don't vault on like the riders at the track do! We are giving him a bit of time with us before being available for adoption but welcome inquiries and will send out adoption applications.
